Naturopath Consult

Comprehensive Naturopath Package

This is ideal for more complex health conditions or multiple conditions.

This is an in-depth consultation that allows for a deep dive into your concerns and includes an individualised wellness plan, provided following this appointment to support your ongoing care.

So often we go to see our doctor and are limited by time.  We might have a few different issues, but can only address one or two.  With this package, there will be ample time to work through everything you need to.

Then to help you stay on track and to help guide and support you with the changes, this package also includes two 45-minute follow-up consults.

The Comprehensive Naturopath Package (CNP) includes your initial consultation for a whole 90 mins, plus 2 x follow-up consults of 45 mins each and an individualised wellness plan.

This consult is perfect for single or minor health issues.

It will allow plenty of time to discuss your current issues and begin working towards addressing your health concerns through nutrition, lifestyle suggestions, supplements, or herbal medicines.

Prior to the appointment, you'll be sent a short food diary to complete. 

During your consult, we'll go over your nutrient intake and look to see if there's room for improvement based on your symptoms.  We'll also look at lifestyle factors, environmental toxins and stress management.  Seeing a Naturopath means we'll be looking at your health through a holistic lens.

A General Consult is 60 mins and includes on-the-spot advice, confirmed in a follow-up email.

Many people suffer from poorly diagnosed health conditions and take many random treatments (whether pharmaceutical or supplements) hoping something will work.  This is a very hit-and-miss approach.

Functional Testing with the appropriate test, together with a sound naturopathic consultation can help drill down to the underlying cause or drivers of chronic health conditions allowing for a more targeted treatment protocol, thereby saving both time and money on unnecessary treatments.

Functional Testing includes detailed hormone testing (DUTCH), environmental toxins such as heavy metals, mould, food allergies and organic acid tests.  These days, testing can look very closely at nutrient excess or deficiencies and metabolic functions.

Functional Testing can be expensive and not for everyone.   We can discuss whether Functional Testing is right for you and arrange testing if you choose to.

In most cases, your health has progressively gotten worse over time. More often than not, you won't get well overnight. It will take work on your part and some tweaking of our health plan.  Step by step, we'll improve your health.

Re-evaluating your progress regularly will help get results quicker as changes can be made when required allowing us to fine-tune your regime.

A standard Follow-up Consult is for 45 mins.  A follow-up email will be sent after the appointment to confirm what was discussed and highlight the next step in our wellness journey.
